What tastes best on a warm summer day? A cold slice of watermelon. This adorable cross-stitch pattern is by Little House Needleworks, entitled Fresh Watermelon. Stitched on 18 count ivory Aida one thread over one. I used all the called for colors of DMC. On this fabric I found the flowers did not have enough contrast to show up so I back stitched with #783.

This pattern is by Little House Needleworks, entitled Red House in Winter. I just LOVE this red house. I stitched primarily the called for colors. I did use Crescent Colours Bandana which worked wonderfully( I also really like Bing Cherry by Classic Colorworks. Stitched on Ivory Aida with two strands.
